The Vineyards
Our vineyards are located in the heart of the Lavaux region, renowned for the beauty of its landscapes, its terraced vineyards—now designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site—and the reputation of its wines. Covering an area of 4.8 hectares, the estate spans the prestigious appellations of Epesses, St-Saphorin, Calamin, and Dézaley.
Chasselas, which thrives in our clay soils, is our favorite white grape variety and accounts for 80% of our production. For red wines, we offer a Pinot, a blend of Cabernet, Garanoir, Gamaret, and Galotta aged in oak barrels, and a Pinot rosé.
The Cellar
The Cellar
We vinify our harvests at La Cornalle, the winery we built ourselves in 1992 above the village of Epesses. The view looks out over Lake Geneva and plays off the Savoy Alps. Meeting the most modern technical standards, our winery allows us, in particular, to maintain optimal control over fermentation temperatures and to clean the facilities both thoroughly and easily.

By appointment, discover our wines through an educational tour of the vineyards, a tour of the winery, and an immersive experience in our cellars. Starting at 5 p.m., enjoy an intimate tasting at the end of the day (10 to 80 people).
